One month later…

Now that the website (and blog) are live, I’ve take great delight in being able to link to something other than a Google folder. Don’t get me wrong, Google folders are a gift—especially these days—but I like being able to say “look over here,” and have the looking include some lovely images. (Thanks Unsplash!)

The last several weeks have been busy—I’ve had the opportunity to work with teachers in South Carolina, Massachusetts, and Los Angeles on a range of topics including helping learners (and teachers) navigate the VLE* on a smartphone. One new experience the month provided was to give a lightening talk on the Digital Substitution chart for EdTech and then write a blog post on the same topic. But what’s been most fun about the last month is stretching my (very limited) cartooning wings again and being able to use my own drawings for my workshops. Case in point:
