Hmmm…it’s been a while!

It’s been almost a year since my last post! Who’d a thunk it? :-) The work vortex (in some ways a very good thing) has had me feeling a bit like Dorothy. 👠 👠 But I don’t have nearly as sparkly shoes! Workshops, and webshops and AI oh my!
Speaking of AI, I’ve been delighting in creating open resource materials for the last many months —some through my coaching, some through workshops and webshops, and some just for my own delight. Here’s one example I came up with a while ago to help a colleague who was trying to find a quick info gap-ish thing to share with her adult learners over What’sApp. It could use a lot more fiddling, but I did it quickly to see if I could. So many of these are done for K-8 learners, it would be nice to have some that are geared more to adults AND give multilingual learners a chance to read non-narrative text in an infographic format that isn’t too busy…

So, this, of course, could be MUCH better— but sometimes I spend more time on looking for just the right image or just the right cool font, when what I should be doing is thinking about the content. This was an experiment. More to come…
